Dip rim in steak seasoning to coat. Muddle the tomatoes and dill, if desired, in the glass using a wooden spoon. Stir in lime juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Add gin, then tonic water and ice cubes. Garnish with cucumber, chile, and lime wedge.
