Bloody Mary Beer

Directions

The day before:

  1. In a 3-quart insulated jug combine vegetable juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery seeds, and pepper. Cover and chill overnight.

Tailgate day:

  1. Tote vegetable juice mixture in the chilled jug. Tote ice cubes, beer, and, if desired, celery, olives, and/or lime wedges in an insulated cooler.
  2. At the tailgating site, for each drink, half-fill a 12-ounce glass with ice cubes. Pour in one-half bottle of beer. Fill glass with vegetable juice mixture; add hot pepper sauce to taste. Garnish with celery, olives, and/or lime wedges.
