Black Bean, Corn, and Tomato Salsa

Directions

  1. In a large bowl stir together tomatoes, beans, corn, green onions, cilantro, oil, lime juice, chile pepper, salt, cumin, and black pepper. Transfer to an airtight storage container. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
