Decadent is what I would call this delicious chocolate dessert. It is somewhat like a flourless chocolate cake and ganache had an even better baby.
I followed the recipe per the recipe ingredients, only substituting semisweet baking bars as that is all I had on hand. I was concerned it would be too sweet, it wasn't. I did not have a springform pan, so I lined an 8×8 glass pan with parchment and sprayed with nonstick spray. It worked great!
I saw this recipe in an issue and thought it looked interesting. So glad I tried, it is so rich smooth and chocolatey! I think this would be great baked in a crust as a pie. Just a thought.
