Big Batch Granola
- Lightly coat a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In prepared cooker stir together the next three ingredients (through flaxseeds).
- In a small bowl combine the next four ingredients (through cinnamon); stir into mixture in cooker.
- Cook, uncovered, on high for 1 1/2 hours, stirring from the bottom up every 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes more, stirring once.
- Spread granola on foil. Add raisins; toss gently to combine. Let cool. Store at room temperature up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months. If desired, serve with yogurt and/or berries.
