Drain off fat. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine the meat, tomato sauce, beans with chili gravy, undrained hominy, and taco seasoning mix. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 3 hours. Makes 4 to 6 main-dish servings (8 cups). For easy cleanup: Line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe.
