  • Stir in cooked beef, barbecue sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard, and pepper; bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 12 to 16 servings.

Note:

To trim some of the fat, omit the butter or margarine and simmer all of the ingredients together for about 30 minutes.

Make it a meal with marinated pasta salad, dill pickles, and iced tea.
