  • For jerk marinade, combine all ingredients except steak in a blender container; cover and blend until smooth. Diagonally score both sides of the steak at 1-inch intervals, making a diamond pattern. Place the steak in a glass dish; spread the marinade over the steak. Grill right away or cover steak with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
