Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F to 450 degrees F.
  2. Drizzle steak with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place steak on heated grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium to medium-rare. Before serving, let steak stand, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain to serve.
