Directions

  1. Lightly coat a 12-inch pizza pan or a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press bread dough into the prepared pan, forming a 1-inch edge. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef, onion, and garlic about 5 minutes or until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. Squeeze all of the liquid from thawed spinach. Sprinkle the spinach over hot baked crust. Spoon the meat mixture over spinach. Sprinkle with tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, and feta cheese.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges or squares. Makes 8 servings.
