Directions

  1. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in potatoes, beef, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Spread in an even layer in skillet. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until potatoes are browned, turning occasionally. Stir in milk; heat through.
