  • In a large mixing bowl combine cherries, beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Divide into 8 portions; form into 3-1/2-inch patties.

  • In a small mixing bowl combine blue cheese and parsley. Place about 1 tablespoon in the center of four of the patties. Top each with another, pressing edges to seal.

  • Arrange medium-hot coals around drip pan. Place burgers on grill rack over drip pan. Cover and grill 20 to 24 minutes or until internal temperature of burger is 160°F. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Adjust heat for indirect cooking)

  • Remove burgers from grill. Serve burger in buns. Top with Cherry Ketchup, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves.
