I used rib tips instead of short ribs they were Simply Delicious my side dishes we're baked beans and potato salad family love the flavoring of the ribs

I'm back. This is really good. I love the flavor and it is soooo tender! If it were cooked with bone in I couldn't imagine it staying intact. At the last minute I sautéed mushroom and threw in. Hubby said it's a keeper recipe. Hope this helped.

Cooking it now with boneless. Seared meat before I transfered to slow cooker. Will let you know after 5:pm tonight how it taste. Fingers crossed!
