In a large bowl combine ground chicken, basil, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape chicken mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. (The mixture may be sticky. If necessary, wet hands to shape patties.)
Place patties on the rack of the grill directly over medium heat. Grill for 10 to 13 minutes or until meat is done (165 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
Serve patties on toasted bread or in rolls or buns with desired toppers. Makes 4 servings.
