In a small bowl combine ground beef, bacon pieces, blue cheese, steak sauce, and pepper. Shape into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
Place patty on the unheated rack of a small broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat until of desired doneness, turning once (allow about 12 minutes total time for medium). Serve on hamburger bun with tomato and lettuce. For an easy meal, add a salad from the delicatessen. Makes 1 serving.
