Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine ground beef, green onions, onion, the soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sugar. Shape into 36 meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  2. Thread 2 meatballs onto each of eighteen 6-inch skewers, leaving 1/4 inch between meatballs. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before broiling.) Place skewers on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is done (160 degree F), turning once.
  3. If desired, serve the meatball skewers with mustard. Makes 18 appetizers.
