Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan or baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the Monterey Jack cheese, all of the black beans, the drained corn, and, if desired, jalapeno peppers. Top with remaining cheese.
  2. Bake about 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 6 servings.
