Overnight Oats with Fruit
Directions
- Place 1/2 cup oats in four 1/2-pint (8-ounce) jars. In 4-cup measuring cup combine milk, apple juice, honey, and cinnamon. Pour over oats in jars. Cover; chill overnight or until oats are soft. Stir in nuts and top with yogurt and fruit as desired.

I love this EXCEPT the texture of raw oats just soaked like this didn't work for me. the second time I tried it, I cooked the oats first and let them cool. Now THAT made all the difference in the world!!! Love this! If you think of using bananas, I suggest adding fresh when you are going to eat them. Bananas are just too fragile to last many days soaking!!!
