Garbanzo Bean Dip
- Place garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini paste, and lemon juice in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth, scraping down sides of container as necessary.
- Add onion, garlic, cumin, crushed red pepper, and salt. Blend or process until well combined. Place dip in a covered container; chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors. If desired, roll the edge of a cucumber slice in chili powder; place in dip. Serve with pita chips and crudites. Makes 1-2/3 cups.
