Five-Grain Cereal with Honey Fruit
- In a large saucepan bring water to boiling. Stir in brown rice, barley, wheat berries, rye berries, millet, and salt. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes or until grains are tender, stirring occasionally. (If mixture becomes too dry during cooking, stir in a small amount of additional water.)
- To serve, stir together the orange juice and honey. Spoon hot cereal into serving bowls. Drizzle with the juice mixture. Top with strawberries and banana. Makes 8 servings.

Cover and chill cooked cereal for up to 3 days. To reheat 1 serving, measure 3/4 to 1 cup cereal into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on 100-percent power (high) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through. To serve, stir together 1 tablespoon of the orange juice and 1 teaspoon of the honey; drizzle over hot cereal. Top with 1/4 cup of the strawberries and a few slices of banana.
