• Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles but do not rinse. Set aside. In the same saucepan combine vegetable broth and peanut sauce. Bring to boiling. Stir in frozen vegetables and cooked noodles. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
