Banana-Chocolate Chip Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine cookie dough, oats, mashed banana, chocolate pieces, and peanuts. Using your hands, knead until well mixed. Press evenly into bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- Frost with desired frosting. Or swirl together half of a can of chocolate frosting and half of a can of vanilla frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
