Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine cookie dough, oats, mashed banana, chocolate pieces, and peanuts. Using your hands, knead until well mixed. Press evenly into bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  4. Frost with desired frosting. Or swirl together half of a can of chocolate frosting and half of a can of vanilla frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
