Directions

  1. In a screw-top jar combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake well. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Berry Balsamic Salad Dressing

In a blender combine 1 recipe Balsamic Salad Dressing and 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, blackberries, or sliced strawberries. Cover and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Makes 16 (1-Tbsp.) servings.

Per serving: Same as above, except 67 calories, 7 g fat, 43 mg sodium, 2% Vitamin C
