  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a 15x10-inch baking pan with foil. Place Brussels sprouts in prepared pan. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the vinegar and the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

Fast, easy, tasty. A good way to eat Brussel Sprouts.
