Baked Cherry Oatmeal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 2-qt. souffle dish or casserole. In prepared dish stir together regular oats, steel-cut oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake 20 minutes; stir. Bake 20 minutes more or until top is light brown.

If desired, top each serving with a drizzle of honey and a little milk, a spoonful of vanilla low-fat yogurt, and/or a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds, brown sugar, chia seeds, crushed flaxseeds, and/or nutmeg.
