In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add peaches, cherries, and brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until fruit is tender. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a chilled mixing bowl beat whipping cream and granulated sugar to soft peaks; set aside.
Place tortilla chips in serving bowls; top with fruit and whipped cream. In a small microwave safe bowl melt chocolate on 50% power (medium) for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Drizzle atop desserts.
