Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine 1 oz. whole grain spaghetti, cooked and cooled; 1 cup coleslaw mix; 3 thinly sliced radishes; and 3 Tbsp. light sesame and ginger salad dressing. Top with 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped, and 1 oz. shredded cooked chicken breast.
