Apple Cider Vinegar Drink


Add a splash of apple cider vinegar to this sparkling fruit drink for a health-boosting tonic that will make you feel good from the inside out.

  • 6 raspberries or blackberries

  • 1 - 2 teaspoon raw sugar or honey

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Ice

  • Sparkling water

  • Berries, basil, and/or mint for garnish


  1. In a tall glass, muddle berries and sugar together. Stir in vinegar, and lemon juice. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with berries, basil, and/or mint.
