Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine bacon, tomato, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, and basil; set aside. Separate biscuits. Cut or pull apart each biscuit into 2 or 3 pieces, making 24 pieces total. Press each biscuit piece into a greased 1-3/4-inch muffin pan. Fill biscuit shells with tomato mixture, mounding slightly. Bake about 12 minutes or until bubbly and edges are browned. Cool slightly; loosen and remove from pans. Makes 24 appetizers.
