Toasted Pita Crisps
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Slice each pita bread round in half horizontally, separating into two rounds. Brush cut sides of each sliced pita round with oil. Cut each sliced round into 6 wedges. On baking sheet spread wedges, cut sides up, in a single layer.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over wedges. Bake 10 minutes. Transfer pita crisps to a wire rack and let cool. Makes 48 crisps.

Up to 1 week before, prepare pita crisps. Cool, then transfer to an airtight container. Store at room temperature.
