In a medium microwave-safe bowl combine the candy coating and peanut butter. Micro-cook on 100% power (high) for 1-1/2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring after every minute. (Or, melt in a heavy medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.) In a very large bowl combine the popcorn, cereal, candy corn, and peanuts. Pour warm melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Using about 1/3 cup for each, spoon into muffin cups lined with paper bake cups. Cool thoroughly. Makes 24 servings.
