24 pea pods
1 8 ounce tub cream cheese with garlic and herb
2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot
2 tablespoons finely chopped red sweet pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped green sweet pepper

Directions

Step 1

Remove tips and strings from pea pods. Cut open one long side of each pea pod. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl stir together remaining ingredients. Place mixture in a small plastic bag. Close bag. Cut off one corner from bag and squeeze mixture into opened pods. Makes 24.
