I make my dip a little differently, sort of like a 7 layer mexican dip but with greek ingredients .... hummus is bottom layer, then tzatziki, then layer your tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, feta and red onion. sometimes i sub red pepper for tomatoes. drizzle with olive oil and cracked pepper. Can make ahead of time and let the flavors merry... always first dip to go!
