Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine feta cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until nearly smooth (mixture will thicken as it is stirred).
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. If desired, garnish with fresh thyme. Serve the spread with sweet pepper and carrot strips. Makes 2 servings.
