French-Style Cream Cheese Spread
In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, margarine or butter, garlic, parsley, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, herbes de Provence, and seasoned salt. Cover and chill overnight.Advertisement
To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Serve with crackers. Makes about 1-1/3 cups (21 1-tablespoon servings).
Make spread the day before serving. Chill.
