Set out the cucumbers and toppers and let your guests assemble their own appetizers.
If desired, using a vegetable peeler or zester, remove a few lengthwise strips of peel from cucumbers. Slice cucumbers 1/2 inch thick. Spread a small amount of the cheese spread onto each cucumber slice; sprinkle with assorted toppers. Makes 20 appetizers.
Prepare as directed. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for up to 4 hour before serving.
