Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese with celery and carrot. Stir in a splash of milk and top with a generous sprinkling of shelled sunflower seeds. Spoon on a freshly sliced apple or spread on bread and top with apple slices for a pleasantly sweet lunch. Makes 1/2 cup spread (enough for 4 sandwiches).
