  • Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle tortillas on both sides with pepper blend and coarse salt. Make 2 stacks of 4 tortillas each. With a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut each stack into 6 pieces. Place in a single layer on 2 baking sheets.

  • Bake 1 sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on baking sheets. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container up to 3 days. Makes 8 servings.
