Cottage Cheese-Dill Dip

A green, yellow, or red sweet pepper shell makes a fun serving bowl for this low-fat dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoon sliced green onion

  • 2 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried dillweed

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • teaspoon pepper

  • Dash garlic powder

Directions

  1. In blender container or food processor bowl place the cottage cheese, green onion, snipped parsley, dill weed, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving.

  2. Serve with an assortment of sliced raw vegetables or crackers. Makes 8 (2-tablespoon) servings.

Tips

Chill up to 24 hours.
