Cut shapes from soft bread with cookie cutters that are solid, not just outlines of the shapes. Firmly press the bread into the cookie-cutter designs with your fingers to make distinct impressions. Make two of each shape. Fill the sandwiches with matching shapes of cheese and meat, or spread them with peanut butter and jelly. Sprinkle the top of each sandwich with an appropriate seasoning, such as cinnamon, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, or colored sugar.
