Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine egg white, orange juice concentrate, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon. Stir in nuts; toss to coat.
Spread nuts on the foil-lined pan. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring twice. Cool; break apart large clusters. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week. Makes 3 cups.
