Directions

  1. Peel carrots. Cut medium carrots into sticks about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture to cover half of the carrot.
  3. Sprinkle dried blueberries over the cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Serve carrot sticks with any remaining cream cheese mixture. Makes 12 snack servings.
