Carrots with Dried Fruit Confetti
- Peel carrots. Cut medium carrots into sticks about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture to cover half of the carrot.
- Sprinkle dried blueberries over the cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Serve carrot sticks with any remaining cream cheese mixture. Makes 12 snack servings.
