Chile Grenadine or purchased grenadine syrup 3 tablespoon (1 1/2 oz.) silver tequila (optional) 4 - 6 ounce ginger beer, chilled Luxardo cherry Chile Grenadine 1 cup pomegranate juice 1 cup granulated sugar ¾ cup packed brown sugar 1 pasilla or guajillo chile, seeded and crushed Directions Ambassador Shirley Temple In an ice-filled cocktail shaker combine lime juice, Chile Grenadine, and tequila (if using). Cover and shake until very cold. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with 4 oz. ginger beer or 6 oz. if omitting tequila. Top with a cherry. Chile Grenadine In a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cover and let steep 30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and chill before using.
