Almost Aioli

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine 3/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise; 3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard.

Prepare as directed, except stir in 2 tablespoons snipped dried tomatoes (not oil-packed) and 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil.
