Warning--you won't be able to stop eating this creamy, delicious casserole! Filled with bacon, Alfredo sauce, fried potato nuggets, grape tomatoes, and chicken, this is one casserole recipe you'll make again and again.

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

  • 2 14.5-15 ounce jars light Alfredo pasta sauce

  • ½ cup sliced green onions

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1 32 ounce pkg. frozen fried potato nuggets, such as Tater Tots

  • 3 cup chopped cooked chicken

  • ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 3-qt. rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. In a 10-inch skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

  2. In an extra-large bowl combine next five ingredients (through dry mustard). Stir in potato nuggets, chicken, and bacon. Spread into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Bake 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Top with tomatoes and additional parsley.
