Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp in shells

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 8 ounce 1-inch tiny new potatoes*

  • 2 ears of corn, husks and silks removed and each cut crosswise into 4 pieces

  • 1 cup frozen small whole onions, thawed

  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 3 teaspoon seafood seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact if desired. Rinse shrimp; pat dry. Chill until needed.

  2. Coat air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat air fryer at 370°F to 375°F. In a large bowl combine potatoes, corn, onions, 2 Tbsp of the melted butter, and 1 1/2 tsp. of the seafood seasoning; toss to coat.

  3. Add potato mixture to prepared basket. Cook 10 minutes, stirring once. Stir in shrimp. Cook 5 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and shrimp are opaque.

  4. Transfer mixture to a platter. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and remaining 1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning. Serve with hot pepper sauce.

*Tip

If potatoes are larger, cut into 1-inch pieces.
