Learn about BHG's Editorial Process Published on December 6, 2021 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: Jason Donnelly Cook Time: 15 mins Hands On Time: 15 mins Total Time: 30 mins Servings: 4 Yield: 8 cups Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp in shells Nonstick cooking spray 8 ounce 1-inch tiny new potatoes* 2 ears of corn, husks and silks removed and each cut crosswise into 4 pieces 1 cup frozen small whole onions, thawed 4 tablespoon butter, melted 3 teaspoon seafood seasoning ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Hot pepper sauce Directions Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact if desired. Rinse shrimp; pat dry. Chill until needed. Coat air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat air fryer at 370°F to 375°F. In a large bowl combine potatoes, corn, onions, 2 Tbsp of the melted butter, and 1 1/2 tsp. of the seafood seasoning; toss to coat. Add potato mixture to prepared basket. Cook 10 minutes, stirring once. Stir in shrimp. Cook 5 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and shrimp are opaque. Transfer mixture to a platter. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and remaining 1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning. Serve with hot pepper sauce. *Tip If potatoes are larger, cut into 1-inch pieces.
