The air fryer does magic by making a hearty pork chop dish without excess fat. We love the sweet and tangy mustard sauce that goes with the crunchy Brussels sprouts.

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, divided

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

  • 6 ounce Brussels sprouts, quartered

  1. Lightly coat pork chop with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Whisk together oil, syrup, mustard, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl; add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat.
