Air-Fryer Pork Chops with Brussels Sprouts

The air fryer does magic by making a hearty pork chop dish without excess fat. We love the sweet and tangy mustard sauce that goes with the crunchy Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce bone-in center-cut pork chops

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, divided

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

  • 6 ounce Brussels sprouts, quartered

Directions

  1. Lightly coat pork chop with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Whisk together oil, syrup, mustard, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl; add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat.

  2. Place pork chop on 1 side of air fryer basket, and coated Brussels sprouts on other side. Heat air fryer to 400ºF, and cook until golden brown and pork is cooked to desired temperature, about 10 minutes for medium or 13 minutes for well-done.
