Ingredients

  • 16 ounce fresh button or cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

  • 2 tablespoon crumbled goat cheese (chevre)

  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer at 375°F. In a medium bowl toss together mushrooms, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Working in batches if needed, arrange mushrooms in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and golden, stirring once.

  3. While still warm, transfer mushrooms to a serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and thyme.
