In a 1-qt. casserole or other oven-going dish whisk together eggs, milk, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Place casserole in air-fryer basket. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring twice. (If air fryer is smaller, divide egg mixture among 10-oz. ramekins and cook in batches.) Divide egg mixture among tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and top with avocado. Fold in opposite sides and roll up tortillas. Lightly coat burritos with olive oil or cooking spray. Working in batches if needed, arrange burritos in air-fryer basket. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted. If desired, serve with salsa and/or guacamole. Tips After rolling up tortillas, wrap in plastic wrap. Arrange in an airtight container and freeze up to 3 months. To reheat in the air fryer, preheat air fryer to 375°F. Unwrap burritos and arrange in air fryer basket, seam side down. Lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry for 18 minutes or until browned and heated through, turning once halfway through cooking.
