In a shallow dish combine flour, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish combine the egg and water. In a third shallow dish combine the panko, Parmesan, chili powder, and garlic salt. Dip zucchini slices in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then panko mixture to coat. Arrange slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
